The fitted bodice and short, flared skirt are made of metallic “eyelash” fabric, enhances with sequins and rhinestones. The flared skirt is constructed on a metal frame for support.
The long, fitted underskirt was a solid yellow/gold satin, striped with satin ribbons and rows of sequins.
